Chassis engineering is another cornerstone of ZagataRiley. We have experience in the design and analysis of every chassis type. Our background includes developing completely new designs to modifications of existing designs.
We have led programs and been integral team members in delivering complex components. This experience will be used to complete the projects you require with excellent results.

From spaceframes to monocoques we have experience in the design, analysis, and fabrication process of each method. With experience in formula and GT spaceframes to Formula 1 carbon fiber monocoques, from target setting to detailed design, ZagataRiley can meet your chassis needs. With experience from both road and oval tracks, we can help you set global stiffness or local compliance targets, design metallic or composites structures, perform detailed finite element analysis, and deliver finished chassis components that meet your needs.
In addition to the primary vehicle structure we have experience with Kinematic & Compliance (K&C) analysis and testing. We can design, analyze, and deliver suspension systems and components including geometry, detailed component drawings, and finished parts.
Our own line of F1-style upright/hub systems are currently being designed for small single seat race cars such as DSR or Formula 1000.
